New 2023 Honda CRV Changes – The test mule of the 2023 Honda CR-V has been spied for the first time. The fifth-gen Honda CR-V was unveiled towards the end of 2016 and it got a small makeover in 2019. However, the new SUV is the sixth generation model and was recently seen covered in camouflage from front to back.
The overall style is angular and the hood seems to be modified. We also observed that the CR-V seems to have grown in size, while the front fascia seems slightly modified. Here are our findings to date.
Redesign of the Honda CR-V
The spy photos of the 2023 Honda CR-V are available, and the new model looks modern. The first thing we noticed is that we noticed that the front part is revisedand features a slightly bigger grille flanked by sharper LED headlights. The side profile is as well, and it’s been spotted on objectively wearing the same lines as the previous model.
Also, the new wheels, which are likely 17 inches in diameter, are on display. However on the rear the model is unchanged. The LED taillights are smaller.
Interior Renovations
We can also look inside the cabin thanks to the spy shots of the 2023 Honda CR-V. The interior is completely different from the current cabin that houses tablet-style information on the console in the middle. The touchscreen is more oriented towards drivers and sits higher unlike the current CR-V.
With the model expanding and gaining popularity, it will be fascinating to see what kind of space the new model can offer. Honda offers a third-row CR-V on certain markets, but Pilot remains Honda’s top-of-the-line SUV for the United States. We’re looking forward to more details on this fantastic crossover, considering this is the first set of spy pictures.
Overall, the latest CR-V seems to have a wider footprint, which should translate into more space inside. This makes room for the version for the United States-only version of the next-gen HR-V to grow bigger, too. Honda plans to increase the production of the smaller crossover.
2023 Honda CR-V Release Date and Price
The introduction of the revamped 2023 Honda CR-V is likely to be this year. According to some reports, it may come out in the second quarter. According to reports, the forthcoming SUV has been spotted testing in camouflage from front to back.
The style is stunning and the body features more of a grille that’s highlighted by a more striking LED headlight. The price is slightly higher than the current model which is priced at $25,000.
